1) Earndirect commissions on promotion conversions.

2) EarnG-Coin rewarded by businesses: To earn G-Coins, GS Member must share &promote offer links and must generate the required amount of clicks. Whenrequirements are met, G-Coins will be credited to the GS account. GS Member cancash out, according to the GOLD's rules, the earned G-Coins, from which GOLDwill deduct an amount as service fees.

2. BasicMember

1) Onetime $150 membership fee. After 3 months & starting at the 4th month, amonthly earned commission of $30 must be achieved each month. This can becompensated, in the case of insufficient commission earned, by bringing owntraffics or making purchases.

2) Earndirect commissions on promotion conversions.

4) Earnthe click-through-rate revenue generated by the promotions after sharing thelinks, according to the G-Coin rules set by businesses, that is, thecorresponding revenue of the number of gold coins. GOLD will deduct an amount fromsuch revenues as service fees.

3. PremiumMember

1) Onetime $300 membership fee. After 3 months & starting at the 4th month, amonthly earned commission of $80 must be achieved each month. This can becompensated, in the case of insufficient commission earned, by bringing owntraffics or making purchases.

2) Earndirect commissions on promotion conversions.

5) Earncommissions on promotion conversions generated by referrals. Refer newmarketers to register on GOLD and earn 5% commissions on conversions generatedby your referred marketers. Refer a business to register and become itsexclusive agent on GOLD and earn 5% indirect commissions on any marketer'sgenerated conversions from your referred business' offers (This is referred toas Indirect Commissions 1).

6) Indirect Commissions 2: Asthe exclusive dealer of the referred business, Premium Member earns 5% of allcommissions from ad promotions generated by the GS marketers.

7) One-time GS referralreward：Earn a one-time 10% of the membership fee when the referred GSmaketer becomes a paid member. (Thiswill be deposited in the GS account in cash and can be withdrawn 15 days afterthe referred GS signs up and pays the membership fee. For this reward, there willbe no 50-50 revenue split with the Platform).

8) One-time business referralreward：The referrer will be rewarded with 3% of the first-year annualmembership fee when the referred business becomes a paid member. (This will bedeposited in the GS account in cash and can be withdrawn 15 days after thereferred business signs up and pays the membership fee. For this reward, therewill be no 50-50 revenue split with the Platform).

9) To Qualify as Basic & Premium Members：All members must meet the above requirements, fulfill the agreedquotas, not to violate the GOLD rules, not to run malicious traffics, not tosolicitate fake clicks. If all conditions above are met, members can maintaintheir memberships permanently, enjoy the benefits of value-added membersdividends and fission models and transfer or sell their membership accountsupon the Platform's approval.

Qualified Members Agree to the FollowingStatement

Regarding the fake traffics, it will beconsidered as fake traffics or violations in the following situation.

Question: After I share the link, can Iinvite friends in the community to click on the link I shared. Answer: Somepeople may benefit because of the click-through rate reward, so inviting manypeople to click the link directly when sharing, its motivation is not pure, itis not promoting products or services, worse than that, inviting many people tofake abundant clicks, and not advertising products and services at all. Theseare considered malicious clicks on the GOLD platform and are illegaloperations.

To WithdrawFunds

Note：When the business uses the payment methods on the Platform, theremight be service charges from the payment systems. The Platform willaccordingly automatically deduct such costs from the payouts to members

GSMarketer：When the G-Coin value in the accountis equivalent to $50, funds can be cashed out.

Tocash out indirect commissions：To cash out all G-Coins earned, inorder to facilitate calculation, this indirect commissions will be evenly(50-50) between the Platform and the members.

Disputes：F or GS, when a dispute arises regardinga sale and a customer requests a return & refund of money, the Platformretains the right to reserve & redeem the refund amount in the GSmarketer's account. For Business, the Platform retains a refund system to help smoothlyprocess any return & refund request from the customer.
